Why do you think it should be allowed: Mouse Tweaks replaces the standard RMB dragging mechanic, adds two new LMB dragging mechanics and an ability to quickly move items with the scroll wheel. Everything can be enabled and disabled in the configuration file or in Forge's mod options menu.
with the shift+doubleclick kind of broken this makes moving entire inventories allot easier, e.g. being able to hold shift+leftclick and just drag the mouse over the stack one wants to move. some features (mainly the item 'scrolling') probable wont work since they collide with the fastclick permission from the anticheat plugin, but most of em should work.

Why do you think it should be allowed: i get if this one wont work/is not accepted but it is extreamly useful even though its just a small fix

I'm not really the right person to respond here, saying i'm not a moderator nor an admin. Though, I would like to state this was recommended by someone else and the request had got rejected because of it not being allowed, I think I am pretty confident to say that this would probably get rejected too. ^
