Title: teleporting to pern

it is currently not possible to tp to some one in pern
nor to use /back to go back to pern from Horizon world

Not a bug, intentionally left it like that so people do not confuse which world they are in.

thank you for the clarification, although it is sometimes a nuisance to not be able to /back to previous location in pern  :'( :'(
