You are BARELY allowed on the server. You were in the hole for the last three weeks. Your less eligible for Senior Member then someone who hasnt joined the server yet.
Not to be mean, you just need to understand that with your current propensity for trouble, and your VERY recent history for disregarding the rules, you stand no chance of being promoted.
