- In-game name: Noshy13
- Date and time of ban? :16:36 English Time
- Which Staff member banned you?
- Why were you banned? Griefing
- Were you previously jailed or muted? No I was not
- Why should you be unbanned? I feel that I had done nothing wrong as I had accidentally broken into someones base feeling that this was just a normal fortress. I feel that I should be allowed back on the server as this was an accident and I cannot see why else I would be banned. I would be happy to see reasons why I was banned but I feel that I should be unbanned as this was an accident. I am also sorry for the player that I may have caused inconvenience to and would happily pay back to him/her any damages i may have caused.
-
a normal fortress? you griefed over 2k blocks of there house that was on the surface?
-
I really don't think that was me as I had seen that the fortress was in a bad state just by walking through it. I don't think this is a fair accusation as I definitely did not grief 2000 blocks. That would be utter stupidity.
-
Log block doesn't lie. If you had noticed it was in a bad state, then why didn't you report it? When you griefed it and if you realised later, why didn't you report it?
-
I definitely did not grief a house on the surface. Let alone 2000 blocks.
-
Where on the surface is this house located. I really do not remember breaking 2000 blocks as that would be ridiculous.
-
I had thought that this part of the fortress was not part of his house that is why I did not report it and again I am really sorry for any problems caused.
-
This is an image of the rolled back area. You really thought this building was naturally spawned by the server? Complete with mob spawners and chests?

I did not grief any house on the surface and will only admit to accidentally griefing in the nether. I would not do this on purpose and would definitely not break that many blocks.
-
I was told that this base was legal to destroy as me and my friends had gained permission.
-
Permission from Whom?
-
Who from? Certainly not from the owner of the building, which is the only person you can gain it from.
-
We had thought that this player had left as the town no longer existed that was once there and we were told we were allowed to break it. I do not know the admins name who authorized this but I do know that we were allowed to destroy it as there is no town where there should have been before as I had been there when the player lived there. We were definitely not intending to grief this players base as we were told it was legal to destroy it.
-
I really did not intend to destroy this base as an act of griefing only because of the fact that I was told it could be.
-
Around when were you told this if you do not remember there name
-
I was regarding another fortress in the nether. I was told that this was possible to be done on this base around 3 weeks ago.
-
I was referring to a fortress in the nether. I had got the information that this was a destroy able base around 3 weeks ago.
-
I hope you understand that this was not an intended act of griefing and i feel that I was doing this legally. Seeing that i was doing this for such a long time I do understand why this was picked up now.
-
*do not
-
even if you were i need to find out who informed you this as they are liable
-
My friend Isaac_McGrimshaw had given me this information but I must stress he did not take any resources from the base. I hope you do not ban him as I am the one accused but only ask him who told him the information that led me to breaking those blocks.
-
he griefed it as well and this was not long ago you broke blocks just yesterday we will speak with him also and the other person involved with it and see why they thought it was ok to grief another player we will get back to your appeal within 7 days
-
Thank You
-
we have set you bans to 5 days and punished the rest of the griefers i hope you and your friends learn from this and never trust what a non staff member says
its best to ask an admin if your unsure of a rule or somthing.
-
thank you very much
