I would love this one.  <3 At the moment I use tabbychat to prevent the spamming. It stacks messages when its the same text.

I can see this is useful for accurate timings on the ability(You are too tired to use that), but I prefer having my 'level increased' messages appear on the chat, since they aren't too spammy at a certain point. So if there was a way to toggle whether the messages would appear over the hotbar or not, then that would be cool.
