What do you mean new ranks? Creepy is suggesting a chat exclusively to town mayor and their assistants.

yes we do, but that's for everyone in that town/nation to see. Creepy wants a chat with just Mayors and Assistants

on forums or servers.. uh... i could prolly code up an ingame system ... tho the "mayor" chat would be for all town mayors not just town specific as rich is not creating 50 chat channels

Lol. But it will be good work. I wanted it so I could talk with my town assistants and Batgirl and not the newbies in the town will hear the new things getting added to the town.
