Title: Recipe command

I wanna request access to the recipe command. Not sure if its on my side or server but every time I join I have to "relearn" the recipes. With this command it gives the player access to all the recipes.

I actually can't access vanilla recipes at all, using Optifine 1.12.2, both when using /craft and the crafting table

I'm using optifine 1.12.1 but I can use the recipes using /craft after I relearn them every time I start on the server.
