I hate to even start to type this, but I figured I should, that way everyone can find out where I am.
On March 5th, a warrent was placed for my arrest. The reasoning is still unclear to me, but I assume its because I failed to complete my Pre-Trial-Intervention.(A program that "expunges" a felony from your record) I had decided to stop the PTI because I was nowhere within a camera view for what Wal-Mart is accusing me of and are aiming to have it reduced to a misdemeanor. I hope when I go before the judge, I can talk with her and get a less severe sentence. At this time, the most I can serve is Five years and a fine of up to $5000.00.
Now for the backstory. I worked at Wal-mart for some time, about six months. While working there, I tore my left shoulder out of its socket, and had been placed on relaxed duties. After a week, I got permitted to start my normal work again, but was not to use my left arm. Late one night, while I was pushing carts down a hill, towards the store, I had decided to hop onto the back of them, and ride them down, so I could take a break from shoving carts. While riding the carts down the hill, A manager saw me do so and had approached me. She had asked why I rode the carts to which I replied" Because I can?" Apparently she did not like that answer because the next day she fired me for "Horseplay" On the day of my termination I had bought a new knife and was showing some co-workers. We had these old, dilapidated vinyl flaps hanging from the side of the building, So I had cut those to show the sharpness of my knife. After cutting a few of these is when I was terminated from my job with them. The next day I was arrested for criminal mischief and property damage for $1000 or more. I will hope on being capable of having a friend come onto the forums every week and updating you guys about my current issues within jail, so you know whats happening.
