Title: Crops bug?

Problem: Can't place any crops (potatoes, carrots, wheet) on some farmland

This is the second time i have this problem, the first time i post it on my list of redstone designs on town invernalia under the name "semi-auto crops farm"

i thought it was a problem with that design, but here is again:

it has a high mosture value

in both designs the block of farmland has no blocks down

Do you have a light source near those blocks? The light level is at 0 in that pic
