We don't just use players opinions for evidence on punishment. We need physical proof. You griefed, on multiple occasions, after being told not too. You repeated to not listen to staff. You are being overly dramatic. We(Sentinel) makes everyone wait 1 month for ranks or appeals after being denied. You aren't being singled out. Remember they can still use this when/if you appeal in a month. Your behavior on forums still represents you.

I want to say a few things before giving the response:
- The deadline is today (7 full days), the day isn't over yet;
- Just because I am online to quickly check on the forums, it doesn't mean I have time to write a post on a ban appeal, which sometimes require some thought and patience to do. In this instance you're talking about, I was about to go to validate my entrance card on work, I want to be in touch but I'm not a machine and I can't write a post in the 3 seconds I was logged on the forums.
Your appeal is denied. Your ban appeal showed us that you still show no regret on your actions, by still blaming them as a consequence of another player, who was accordingly punished for breaking the rules, which means your point on the lack of fairness is not valid. This ban appeal is for you and not jankurtjad and you spent more time talking about him instead of showing any kind of change or regret. Your behaviour towards all of this also shows a lot of impatience and immaturity, which also do not meet our rules.

This is just a game and being dramatic over a ban to the point of trying to offend migas is just idiotic and reinforces our reasoning as to why we denied your appeal, you do not fit community standards that we try to uphold, you've showed us immaturity and spammy behaviour after the denial which really does not bode well for your future appeal.
This may be just a game, but this is our server and we have a commitment to make sure the experience is memorable and enjoyable to everyone who joins, even if it means weeding out some of the members that constitute the community due to their disturbing behaviour. We have banned members that had far greater impact than yourself, I don't see them crying here. People move on with their lives, so should you there's more important things than minecraft. If you wanted to play with your friends you should have tried to improve and show us you fit instead of throwing a tantrum. There will not be any answers after this and you can re-appeal after 30 days if you think you've adjusted well enough to our standards.

We do not need people with your attitude. The server is nice, the server is friendly, understanding and respectful IF you're respectful towards the community, however you were disrespectful about your denied ban appeal, made it seem like you couldn't be bothered to even try to make a decent ban appeal and then proceeded to beg, insult and make the STAFF feel bad for doing their JOB? Please find yourself a community that accepts behavior of this nature. ALL of this thread would've been avoided if you had just waited the 30 days extra, pulled your socks up a bit and actually tried to make a decent enough appeal.
Please, wait the 30 days, do not turn this thread into more than it needs to be. I don't have the authority to tell you what to do but I have the common sense to advise you in the right direction.

Being unbanned just because it's been 6 months isn't a proper reason, you've done things worse than your grief, calling us retarded and causing alot of disruption in your previous post. How do we know that if we let you back in you will not repeat that type of toxic behavior?

Migas does not decide on his own to deny people. Any denial or approval is a group decision. Meaning a collective group of higher ranking staff ALL agreed you did not fit the community. So stop putting the blame on others and blame yourself a little more for having a bad attitude.

You need to find a new server, all of your ban appeals show how you do not fit this community. When we vote to unban players, we look for players who understand what they did wrong and strive to do better. Everytime you appeal, you are more offensive and rude than the previous time. You're choosing to single out Migas and insult him when all the senior staff have unanimously decided you do not belong. We do not want that behavior in this community. For this reason, we are choosing to ban you from the forum.
In the future, you should try to be less insulting and less offensive, and you won't run into this problem. You get much farther in life by being kind, by letting things go, and by admitting when you were wrong.
