You'd had to go into creative, which is not feasible to you.

Only by breaking it. So don't get near exp and fly around the world.

according to the wiki "The Curse of Binding enchantment lets you curse an item in the game. Once a cursed item is worn by a player in Survival mode, it can not be removed until the item breaks or the player dies"

so... good luck with finding a new elytra

Ninja took it off. Apparently the only way to do it is with the help of an SA+..
