Title: cant leave the rules room.

I've recently been unbanned and I joined the server on the 15th. when I joined I could not talk in chat, accept the rules or use the elevator to leave. I cant use the /helpop command either in game. I already reached out to two mods migas and another and let them know but I have not gotten another message back and when I rejoined I the problem still happened. I don't know if this is because of the way I got banned or what.

I'm still stuck in the rules room. I've already clicked on the sign multiple times. when I reached out to ace and theradiooperator over discord I got told to post on the forums to get it sorted out. when I click ont he sign [sentinel] appears in chat. the elevator says I don't have permission to use it. same when I try to use /helpop and other commands that were suggested so I could leave.

Strange Are you using any mods and what launcher do you use?

no mods and I'm using the minecraft launcher

This issue should be fixed by now.
