migs i have been muted and it says i need to read all the rules and i have but it wont let me talk

Make sure you have read ALL of the rules, (/rules 1, /rules 2, ... /rules 6). There are six pages of rules to read through, and you cannot spam it either, as each page must be read for 10 seconds.

You have spammed the /rules ... of course you're still muted, it has to be 10 seconds between each page.
