Title: Minigame Commands

A couple of mini games on the server including Bow Spleef (/bs j) and regular spleef (/spleef j) do not work. There are also a few Towny commands that seem to be broken... Some of the broken commands show up as "Unknown Command" and some don't show up at all.

Ninja Edit: Sounds like only towny commands not working are /plot set (reset/embassy/shop/wild/whatever)

thanks rich will be recoding spleef from scratch the plugin we used was a pos because rich was lazy
