Title: Vote Rewards

I couldn't receive my vote rewards for the date of 01/09/2019. Hoping anyone could help me with that situation.

If you vote when server is down, your votes will not get registered.

That is the end of it then they are just pufff gone not getting them even tho votes went through the sites ? But so you know server wasn't down i vote i was ingame voted throug /vote command.

The votes will only register if you vote exactly after 24+ hours from when you last voted. If you voted earlier than that, it won't register in-game nor in the Enjin website. Though it will still register in the websites that you voted with.

This wasn't the case before the server updated to 1.14 as the votes before the update could register even after only 20 hours have passed from when you last voted. I'm not sure if this is intended or not.

Today i have voted again wasn't 24 hours apart had no problem receiving my rewards. I just would like to know will there be anything done about my missing vote rewards ?

After I voted I came to know that the server is down for 3 hours

I have voted again just now server is not down and i am still not getting my rewards is someone gonna do anything about that or am i just wasting my time here ?

If you vote less than 24 hours after the last time, you might not get your voting rewards.

Enjin has been having issues recently, website and plugin related problems. When Enjin is down, votes won't go through. Hopefully this will get better, the plugin was updated and their bug got fixed.
