Title: Cant connect to the server

I cant connect to the server this message show up:

io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception connection refused no further information

So... I try to go into the server, I get everything right, the ip. And when I try to join, it says "io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectionException: Connection refused: no further information:". I just want to know if the server is updating, or if everyone is experiencing this, or if it's just me. Love the server. But this is annoying, and has been happing for the past 2 hours.  >:(
