Admin, i need help. I have a friend who has a claim next to mine, he has been gone for over 120 days in i think it is time for the claim to go so that i can build in that area. His MC name is BradenWolfpack. thank you!

If BradenWolfpack is your friend, can you ask them nicely for permission to build in their claim? If they say yes (please show proof of this), we can transfer it to you. Otherwise, the claim would stay as is. We don't remove builds that players have dedicated time or effort on, unless they have broken a rule.

i dont think he will ever play again and and dont think he will allow me, his claim should also have been removed scence he has been gone for over 90 days

This is not totally true as it was me who you asked. I gave you the following information, most claims are removed after 90 days unless they are large enough or the player has put in a significant amount of time on the server. This seems that your friend meets one of the criteria and therefore the claim has stayed.
I then gave the advice of asking your friend or if that fails ask an admin for advice on the situation as I would be unequipped to give you a solution or definite answer.
