Title: Mods.

So here we go:

1. When I download the mod for 1.6.4 I put it in the mod folder as in most tutorials.
2. I TRY to run minecraft 1.6.4 forge.
3. Minecraft 1.6.4 forge opens and crashes in like 2 seconds....

I dont have the regular minecraft launcher I have cracked launcher which looks like this :

HELP PLEASE!

sometimes mods didn work for cracket launcher,that a fact

your using 1.7.2 jar and trying to use 1.6.4 mods? nope i see nothing wrong

the server is 1.7.2-1.7.5 you have been on it som im assuming you have a 1.7.2 jar and your trying to use 1.6.4 mods.....

*DebuFacepalms* Jar = Java ARchive.

Its a file extension like .mp3 .mp4 .exe .msi etc.

Minecraft is written is java so the internal files of minecraft are stored in a .jar

Understand already?

Btw one terrible draw back of the magic launcher is that it does NOT keep logs while others do. I never recommend to use the Magic Launcher Unless ur a nub ._. and can't figure out how to install mods.
