Why do you think it should be allowed: It shows the amount of damage and hearts left for a mob.

Do not link to 9minecraft. They are a malware site that steal mods from legitimate websites, add malware to the mods, and host them for unsuspecting players  to download. I have updated your request post accordingly. I'm sure you weren't aware of this, just warning for other players.

EDIT: Does this mod show the health of other players, or only mobs?
