Title: mcmmo abilities bug

hello everyone, i have noticed that some mcmmo abilities that protects you from getting damage became a bit ineffective after the 1.15 update, these abilities are: Arrow deflect, Rolling and Dodging, for example: when someone shoot arrow at you the message *ARROW DEFLECTED* emerges but u still get the damage of the arrow and when you jump from high place the message *ROLLED* emerges but you still get damaged and same with dodging.

Hi, would you mind replying with screenshots of your Unarmed and Acrobatics skill info? (What appears in chat when you type /unarmed and /acrobatics). I don't see an issue on the McMMO issue tracker about this, my initial suspicion is that there is a percentage issue. Was this inside a town claim? Additionally, the output of Handsomeness's /archery would be useful too.

there, i also tested the unarmed with TheBullet and it does the same thing
