Why do you think it should be allowed:
Small performance mod that does not influence/enhance Vanilla Gameplay. This disables the recipe book for people who don't use it that much and optimizes performance to reduce network traffic. (i.e. less lag for both the server and me)

Thanks for submitting this Abdullah! Great plugins, I heard about these before from another developer but forgot to look into them.
