Title: Bee hives and nest

I feel like for public bee farm there should be /unlock for bee hives and nest so not all player have to /trust others especially for towns as a town leader wont like to give trust to other but it will be nice if /unlock allow other players to take honey

Both grief prevention and towny permission should overwrite the /lock anyway, so you will still have to toggle the permission
