Why do you think it should be allowed:
This is a fabric mod which allows fullscreen borderless, this is something which was removed in the 1.13 update (could be enabled using java arguments in the launcher). This has recently been an issue that has been driving me up the wall when havin discord and other programs open on my other screen.
This would not give an unfair advantage as all it does is remove the boarder that would be there when in bordered mode.
