Title: lost all my stuff during disconnection on team pvp

hi i was on team pvp then suddenly all of us got kicked then when i came back tthe team pvp is still on .. when the game is done.. all my items are gone replaced by all items on team pvp... my elytra was there my full diamond items axe, sword, shovel all of it even my shulkerbox of foods, can i have my items back or maybe just the elytra i dont mind the tools cuz my brother could make me one. plssssss
