So this plugin let's you create banners with a visual GUI, it would make creating banners way easier, and since it uses permission, money and resources it can be tweaked so it can become a donator command or only available in flat.
Description
Using just one command, you can use GUI of this plugin to design any kind of banner.
You don't need to know how to craft. All you need to know is how it will look like.
Features

- Look up recipe of banner
- Support UUID
- Multi language support (Setting in config.yml)
- Economic support (needs Vault)
- Material estimates
- Craft banner by using materials

The second part of this request is a way for more layers on banners, the only plugin that really allows it is outdated from 1.14 (introduction of looms), but maybe there is already a way to do this

I Also Testing this plugin But it sometimes It costing server lag but I m using a free online server So I think on our server it will not an issue if we can add this fecher all the banner look so good and the fecher of adding more layer is so cool that I created some amazing banners I think if we add costing of using the command it will grate and all member can use it wisely I love if we add this...
