Gotham Taxes

Due to the new rollout of Towny rules and increased upkeep cost, the Gotham staff have decided (been forced)
to implement a new tax plan for all residents, shop keepers, and embassy owners.

Like the Americans we are, we decided to discuss the tax raise over a lovely tea party at BuildyBlocks Dock.

Residency Tax: $25

Resident Plot: $15/ Plot

Shop Plot: $25 /Shop

Embassy Plot: $30/Plot

*all prices above are per day*

Spawn Cost: $25 (Residents are exempt)

Residency will include free use of:


There is now a spawncost to Gotham for any outside members who want to use the mob and flower farms.

*all prices may be subject to change*

What is the cost to travel to gotham, would be nice to have it in the post for none resisdents to know!

It's 10 because I'm waiting on someone to increase the max spawn cost 👀

Imagine having to pay to go to this town, as if the mayor is too lazy to make some money themselves to cover the costs for others! Pfft!

Imagine having your town upkeep tripled in one update and still being expected to cover the cost for others! Pfft!
