Getting Started with Skyblock!
Here is a quick setup guide that should contain everything you need to know about getting started with skyblock. I will start with a list of commands for your reference. Whenever the word "/is" shows up, it can be replaced by /sb or /skyblock.
General Commands:

| /is info <player> | Display info about your island or the player's island |
| /is reset | Restart your island and remove the old one, You can do this 3 times. |
| /is setname <name> | Set a name for your island |
| /is sethome | Set your home teleport point |
| /is settings | Display island settings |
| /is language | Select language |
| /is ban <player> | Ban a player from your island |
| /is unban <player> | Unban a player from your island |
| /is banlist | List banned players |
| /is team | Manage your team |
| /is team invite <player> | Invites player to your skyblock, he?s skyblock will be deleted |
| /is challenges | Open the challenges menu |
| /is level [player] | Calculate your island level or show the level of [player] |
| /is top | Show the Top Ten |
Tips:
- Your money and inventory on Skyblock is separate from the survival and towny worlds. So /shop does not work. You can make your own with trade signs (http://sentinelcraft.net/forum/index.php?topic=3339.0).
- Voting or donating (http://sentinelcraft.net/donate.php) while on Skyblock will send the reward money to this world.
- Remember, you have limited resources (for example dirt, sand, and lava) sort out your renewable resources and your non-renewable early on.
- Monsters spawn 24 blocks away in darkened areas. If your island is too small you will not be able to get drops.
- Grass blocks are the only thing cows, sheep, pigs, and horses spawn on. Make sure to save at least one grass block if you want to have animals!
- If you accidentally turn your lava into obsidian, right click the obsidian with a bucket to turn it back to lava. Remember to be more careful next time!
- Skyblock is very involved, and not for the fainthearted. It's best played with friends :D!
