Title: Mail Plugin Update?

As you may know, we used to have a plugin named Postal Service, which improved mailing on the server between players in the survival world.

However that plugin hasn't updated since 1.11 and we gave up on it.

We have recently found another one with similar functions but it requires a payment with server money.

It's a nice way to inform and message others. It being a pairs plugin means it's most likely better written than the free ones and more support.

The mailing items is always very neat.

Not necessarily, because the auction plugin was a paid one and there was no support at all.

Migas I'm okay with not having the mailing system if it's not what you want to do. I'd like to have it again as it does make giving gifts much easier and would be helpful to the map art industry. Please let me know if I can help you out with this in anyway!

It looks like a more detailed and functional mailbox plugin than the one we have right now. I would love to use it; especially for feature of mailing items. Currrently, the present mail plugin gets the job done, but having a GUI helps out a tonne.
All in all, sounds like a great upgrade. ;D

While it is a very advanced mailing system compared to the one we have now, I believe it to be overkill to pay for. Mailing items can be nice, but I'm not sure it'll be used too much as item transfer while someone's offline is quite a rare case.
It's quite a nice plugin, but it's not needed enough to be payed for in my opinion.

I think it could make playing with other people who aren't always online waaaaay easier, for example, I wouldn't have to be awake until 3 am to tell/give something to someone who lives in Europe or somewhere else in the other side of the globe.

I dont like it its gonna take the full chat screen to set up a mail. At the moment I dont miss the functions we dont have atm. I can send a mail and if I wanna give somebody an item I can give them access to the chest with the items in it. I'm afraid nubs need a guide how to set up a simple mail. #VoteNo

Seeing pandas statements I agree with him and if it really takes up the whole screen it might not be the best

I like the idea of players being able to send items to offline players. Unfortunately Panda is right in that the plugin hides chat, and is otherwise difficult to use for new players. I love plugins with GUI's (they look so amazing), but I think we should keep looking elsewhere unfortunately

It's a nice idea and as cool as it would be, I'd have to agree that paying for the plugin may be a waste of time; Especially if it does hide the chat like Panda was showing.
