Title: Neat Mod - HP Percentage and Bar ~ Approved

shows the mob hp, the servers mob bars r hard to see and disappears immediately
this mod wont give u a advantage since it just shows the mob hp percentage and the hp of the mobs

i hope this gets approved :D
