dang it....i also forgot to place my in-game name in there....but i guess the subject's  name already tells them what my name is. hopefully :L

- Have you been active for at least 1 month?: More than, i think.

- Have you been helpful for other people on the server? If yes, who and how?: Yes, i have, for i have provided people with free goodies and created a build for a friend. Take CoolHeartedEpic for example...I have provided this acquaintance with free materials and Spawners, because i wanted to help with her SB. and LordTiger89 whom i have created a villager breeder for, After asking him if i could, because i thought his village would be nice with more NPCs in it. I've also provided people with books, like EnderCat (If i recall) I gave Ender a book of Fire aspect/fire arrows? i don't remember but the book was given and i was thanked for.

- Have you been jailed/muted/rules restricted before? If yes, what punishment and motive?: hmm....i did get warned by Fedgar about almost inviting someone to a different server in /MSG, but i was warned before telling the other player the name of the server. there was no punishment, but i think that counts? you guys tell me.

- Do you vote regularly?: I vote, but i don't think it would be regular, because i might be focused on different chores and stuff in the day

- Are you going to be active and keep in touch on the forums?: yes.

- Additional Information: i tend to stay only 2 hours a day in the server, because i don't really wanna get too addicted to Mine Craft.
