Bug Reports / Inventory cleared after visiting Memorial Worlds

I was treasure hunting at spawn and decided to take a break after stumbling into the memorial building for the 1.8 world. I went to a few and when I got back, I noticed all the treasure i had was gone, along with a couple maps, and everything else. I checked an ender chest and it was cleared too. I remember taking things from it but don't remember if I had cleared it out. But I know for sure my inventory has vanished.
EDIT: I just went through a few other posts reporting lost inventories and chests.
I know I had the diamond Pickaxe from chest one and the axe from chest 3 on me. I had maps 7 and 10.
Those are the only things of value that I can think of immediately losing. I can understand if the tools aren't replaceable, but I'd at least like to get the maps if its possible so I can continue the questline.
