- What is your in-game name?

- Have you been active for at least 1 month?
Yes, I was a lot active last year since my start. I went inactive near the beginning of 2015 and became active again around a month ago.
- Have you been helpful for other people on the server? If yes, who and how?
I do help very often, mostly about items and some times commands.
- Have you been jailed/muted/rules restricted before? If yes, what punishment and motive?
In total I've been jailed two times, the first time was a few weeks since I began on Sentinel. The second jail was just a series of unfortunate events: tp killing, "disrespect" & accusation of stealing, which lead to mute & jail --> ban. I regret on the griefing, and the tp killing. This happened late 2014.
- Do you vote regularly?
I do vote very often, might forget once in a while or rarely don't have time.
- Are you going to be active and keep in touch on the forums?
I am going to keep continuing being active and always have a look at posts on the forums.
- Additional Information:
I've been around for a while on Sentinel and have been active for many months. Since I became active again a month ago, I will continue to get on atleast once a day. And will continue to assist anyone who needs help.
