Hello!
I'm admittedly very green when it comes to playing Minecraft online. Yesterday, after a couple hours of work, I dug up enough stuff to sell so I could make a zombie pigman spawner for a drop trap. I misunderstood the sign in the shop and applied the egg to the spawner in the store, and lost it. 3 hrs of work down the tubes, and I was a little upset. Went on a bit of a rant about the sign, and someone was nice enough to gift me the money so I could buy another one. Being the noob that I am, I right clicked the egg on the spawner in my base instead of left clicked. Defeated by my own stupidity, I swallowed my frustration and set off to dig up enough to get another egg and try again.
Well, after another 2 hours or so, I scrounged up enough gold and iron ore to sell to the store and get my egg. Excitedly I headed back to my trap, cleared out the remaining zombie in the room and applied the egg correctly. Then I walked around this little path to an observation deck so I could finally see the fruits of my labor.... and I got disconnected. I tried to reconnect and it said the server was down for maintenance.
I was worried but I remembered earlier when one of the admins restarted the server it said something about saving everything, So you can imagine my disappointment when, 2 hours later, the server came back up and I spawned right back on my observation deck to see my monster spawner spitting out plain old zombies.
If someone could fix this so my entire Saturday evening wasn't a complete and utter waste of time, I'd be very grateful. My username in game is the same as on here. I'm gonna go cry myself to sleep now.
