What is your in game name? : TailsShak

Have you been active for atleast 1 month? : I have been active for most of the time I have been on minecraft. Which is approximately about 
5-6 days. I will be active as possible even if this application gets denied :)

Have you been helpful for other people on the server? : I have been trying to assist people on builds, commands. If I do see someone who needs help with something I will be sure to take care/ help them.

Have you been jailed/muted/rules restricted before? If yes, what punishment and motive? : I have not been dis-obeying the rules. there fore no I have not been jailed/muted...

Do you vote regularly? : I do not vote often. But I will be sure to vote when I can. :)

Are you going to be active and keep in touch on the forums? : Definately! I will be active as possible on the server and forums!

Additional Information: If I dont get accepted, I will still try to assist in the server for a better personal experience of the server for those players of SentinelCraft! :D

What Is Your Age? : 14

How Often do you vote? : On Occasions once a day. If not once every couple days.

When did you join the server? : Approximately 4 days.

What time zone are you in? : ET Standard time.

Are you currently staff on any other servers? : Used to be a Helper on Hypixel. Mod on ROXBOT.COM

Why do you think should you be promoted and how will you be helpful? : In all honestly I want to become staff for the reason of the default players to get a better experience of the server. On special occasions I will be on the server at night time for the other players who need help with something on the server. Just over all a better experience for the players to explore more of the server. And yes I definately will be a Strict mod if I do get accepted.

Do you feel like you can be neutral and be loyal to the server rules above all else? : For sure. I am gonna give the server the best out of me. And in general try to assist the server.

Additional Information : If I don't get accepted as a mod I will still try to assist the server. I just want to make the server a better place as it is already. Thanks for understanding and have a good day!
