So Rich and Migas have transferred over everything from my old account to Willixir; is there the risk that an admin that wasn't involved in this might think that I'm a ban-hopper? I just don't want to get my IP banned, and so I thought I'd bring this up

By start over, do you mean losing all items/xp AND losing for instance all permissions and ownership of towns, furnaces, doors, etc?
