Hey everyone.
I'm suggesting that Members (or maybe SM+) get access to the /seen command which allows us to see when a player last logged on.
Before this when we had Towny, we just used /res <player> to see when they last played and it was really useful.
I think this is a good alternative to the command.

Brief description on what it does and adds: Considering we will be getting rid of Towny, which made our chat system, I think I found the replacement for it. Just like with the TownyChat plugin, there can be different chat channels people can talk in. There's the ability to set the radius for a local chat as well.

I tested this plugin and it turned random stone into TNT, when broken it turned back to stone. It's very buggy so I'm not for it.
