I feel that Discord is more accessible, as it has a browser version and downloadable apps. Mumble was only downloadable on a non-mobile device.

I think it is more convenient than having signs. With signs you would have to physically move to where-ever you keep the sign. With this, you can be across the world and have access.

Brief description on what it does and adds: This plugin allows players to store XP while on the go. I loved SC since day 1(of my arrival). I never liked 1.9 too much. Yet it world be nice for a fresh start completely in it. I am on board with everything. It would be a nice change and a new canvas for new ideas. Nice for occupation too.
