when i'm in-game, i don't appear as donator and i have none of my perks. can someone tell me why or how to fix it?

i read this back and realised i was being a little harsh, so sorry about that.

okay, my best guess is that i was hacked, because i have not been on in a long time, and you are telling me that my account intentionally griefed another player, but i have not griefed any other players while i was active, and i was banned while i was not playing.i can't really explain what happened in any more detail than that because i did nothing wrong, and do not know why i am banned. nothing else i can say.

houston we have a problem. i have been banned for griefing,  but i haven't been on in at least a month or so... can someone please help me??
