*Comes with 4 plugin files (Carz.Place, Carz.Start, Carz.Upgrade and Carz.Admin)
What it adds: The ability to drive minecarts anywhere in the world, on any surface, without having to place rails everywhere.
My thoughts about this: Could be a thing for donors, like the elevators and the chairs.
