Creepy and Eliza both asked you completely viable questions since you answered "yes" without saying what the punishment was and what was it for despite clearly being indicated in the format.
If you paid attention to your last application you would have easily deduced that you were denied for being too spammy, you say you have improved but you only display more of the same behaviour. Do not compare yourself to people we have judged mature enough to take on moderating roles if you yourself cannot manage to achieve the maturity to get the senior member rank.

I agree, I have an example of their behaviuor, they wanted someone to help with a pig farm, so I came, I started doing the farm and then rohan started breaking the area.
There's a story for you. I really don't think rohan deserves SM, since their behaviour is terrible.

Anyways so, I was giving away a few shulkers of useless raw beef, atleast it was useless for me, and oscarkattelcena wanted to grab a few, so I gave him some.

He told me he was basically homeless (cant be bothered to write out all the text) in bed inglish so me being the nice guy I was, I gave him a stack of logs and he said rudely, more and Demoncrusher told me that is obviously begging.

I later did /res oscarkat and then I pressed tab to cycle through and I saw

So that is obviously the same person with 2 accounts, there is no way that would be a coincidence because what would be the chances, anyways that all I can share at the moment.
