In-game name:
- Date and time of ban? (Include Timezone): Around 4:40 Easter Standard
- Which Staff member banned you? (Migas)
- Why were you banned? (Xraying, and denying that I xrayed.)
- Were you previously jailed or muted? (Yes, one time by an admin with a long name that started with Am. The reason he jailed me is because he caught me using xray, and he took away all diamonds i had xrayed, and all diamonds I had gotten fairly via townmembers or the shop and other activities. I apologized for what I did and after we began to talk. I had him tpa to me and I showed him how I do my method of mining Diamonds called Chunck Strip Mining. The basic idea of this way of mining is taking the idea that all diamonds spawn from 5-18 and strip mining in a 4x4 chunck area. If done correctly it is very easy to find diamonds and once the chunck is complete you move to another. I did this for about an hour and a half and with my fortune 3 eff5 unb3 mending pic, was able to find many many diamonds. I even showed the admin how easy it was right in front of him. I later went to spawn and saw Migas, so I told him to check my inv to prove that I had mined these diamonds legitely. I do not know if he did. Later I stepped away for a few minutes to work on some homework and came back to find myself in jail and a chat message that said I had been caught xraying. Very confused I asked Miga about this and he said that using lb he had found that i had xrayed in the past our. I had not, i had strip mined like described before for all of my diamonds, and so I asked Miga if he could show me some evidence of where I mined this. He refused, and only said I caught you in the last hour. I would have accepted this, if it were true, but the fact was, I had mine all those diamonds without raying at all. So i fought this, I asked Miga if he could show me where the evidence was, because i believe the program could have found my previous ray tunnel. But he refused, again and again. I even told him that i have one of my homes set to mining and if i get unbanned i can show you where i mine all my diamonds using my method. But he refused again. Eventually, after asking me a final time if I was raying, I told him the honest answer, no, I had not rayed. And so, without showing me any evidence what so ever of his conclusions, he banned me. Not only for raying, but also denying that I did. I beleive that I should be given a chance to show other mods or admins where i mined and my method, and request to see where the evidence is that i rayed. I spent many hours on that server, and right before i was jailed i bought a sword from ah that had max enchantments and mending for 6k, something i had been saving up for, for hours. He took this away, and all my hard earned diamonds, and this hurt, a lot. It hurt that he would hear me out, and banned me without showing me evidence. So that is why i'm submitting this essay of an appeal, because he wouldn't listen to my side of the story. )
