Origin / Re: Proposal: Spawn Region Designated Market Area

After an unexpected busy week, I finally have the time to get on, here's the update on Spawn Region Designated Market Area:
It is currently under construction, I've made a bit of the main road going north and some roads around existing shops.
A terraforming of the area is planned to widen the area a bit to the north, the dug materials will be used to fill and flatten the east side in the future.
A Commerce Guild building will be built which houses features from community chests to a vault for abandoned shops like what Brenda says, I've planned it as a 10x10 building at the end of the current main road but the location will be moved further to the north after the terraforming. For now it can be used as temporary example of the configuration.
The Public Inn has been renovated into a Public Quarters and relocated so that it's integrated with the new main road, it can also be an example for the configuration.
For the team, well it's still just me but others has voluntarily helped so things are working well, if anyone wants to join just dm me in discord like I said before.
Extra Notes:
I of course naturally suggest existing shops to move into the market but I'm not forcing it, it's up to you, relocate if you want.
For anyone going to build a shop or relocate their shop in the spawn region, for the time being please inform me on discord (Nick1104#4014) beforehand, give me the details from how big it is to the spot where you want to build it. This is so that we can avoid any relocation, redesign or any inconvenience (I mean imagine finishing your shop but it's 1 block misaligned and you had to move it :p).
And as always please remember to not build personal stuffs within the 100 blocks spawn radius, it's for community builds, remember the Origin Preservation Project! Even the mad scientists built their lab outside the radius. XD
