Feature/Plugin Requests / Suggestion to allow purchase of claimblocks for votetokens

Hey everyone!
I would like to make a suggestion, to purchase claimblocks/grief prevention blocks, for votetokens. To my knowledge, there is no exact plugin for this. My idea, would be, to add, a special, colored piece of paper, to the voteshop, named with a colored text, how much blocks, you can exchange it for. It would work, the following way. Player, purchases, the 1000 blocks paper form the voteshop for x amount of votetokens. Then, it gives to a helper/admin. The admin, then gives the player, the amount of bonus, claimblocks he purchased. There should be, 1k, 5k, 10k, 20k, 25k, and 50k papers. Cost of each sould go up the more you buy, but not be more expensive, if you buy more.
