Bungee Bug Reports / Banner is appearing invisible

Description: Newly placed banners are invisible in Flat, Horizon and Kattalox. Tested with an Sm and an 
                  Admin- Annu.
                  They both have the same results.

Why do you think its a bug: Banner use to show in flat, and no longer showing. Thus I think its a bug.

- Where are you from? South Africa.

- What is your age? 23 years old.

- How often do you vote? I do vote regularly, some months I due vote more that others.

- When did you join the server? 11/06/2018.
 
- What time of the day are you on? (include timezone) (GMT+2) Currently Im on during the week days at 10:00am until 11:00pm (with breaks in between) but mostly you will find me on from 07:00pm until 10:00pm if I am not busy with work(and if not working on weekends) you will find me on Sentinel.

- Are you currently staff on any other servers? No I am not.

- Why do you think should you be promoted and how will you be helpful? I have been playing on the server for a while and I feel comfortable with knowing the basic commands of members, Senior member and Donator. I also feel comfortable with helping a new member with the commands. I would like to be able to help out more as I find, when I play in the mornings that there are not always any Staff on. I do have general knowledge over: Towny, Grief prevention, lwc-protection plugins. So I feel confident in helping and explaining the commands of the plugins. I feel very comfortable with the Server rules, and fully understand when rules are broken to take appropriate action if broken, most of the time I do take action by taking screenshots and sending it to AMNOTBANANAAMA or other staff members.

- Do you feel like you can be neutral and be loyal to the server rules above all else? Yes I have never been unloyal on the server and I will be neutral as best possible.

- Additional Information: Currently am not at work due to the Lockdown, however when I do return to work my times might change as mentioned above.

Song request list!

The most exciting part about going to prom is burning it up on the dance floor with the most awesome tunes with your friends and with your Prom date/ship date.
If you want to hear your favorite song playing at the prom, please follow the forum below where you can request a song.

Reason for this specific song: (Dedicated to someone, please indicate name if so). No dedications is also fine.

Before we know it the day is upon us and the prom will take place, so make sure to add those request!

Songs will be played in the SM+ voice Channels only after the speeches, we will go accordingly to the request list along with song requests at the prom (Please note only 2 songs per player, and if someone already requested the song it will only be played once note that all request might not be played.)

- Have you been active for at least 1 month? Yes,I have.

- Have you been helpful for other people on the server? If yes, who and how? Yes, I have helped Blackwidow with clearing and making space at our town. As well as for Annu_Mannu with building her tree farm and helped with collecting items for her shop. I have helped Brenda with collecting terracotta, I tried to help where I could when somebody asked for help.

- Have you been jailed/muted/rules restricted before? If yes, what punishment and motive? No, only once on monopoly :D

- Do you vote regularly? To be honest sometimes I forget, but i try to remember to vote.

- Are you going to be active and keep in touch on the forums? Yes, I try to be active as much as I can. I always go into the website before i play mine craft.

- Additional Information: I currently have i job,but I try to go on sentinelcraft as much as possible.
