I advise to setup a better recording system. Use a program for recording your screen and some microphone.
There are plenty of YouTube guides for this. After this apply again, good luck.

First if you want to record, we shall need to see a sample of this as we need to ensure it shows sentinel in the best light. From that sample the senior team can made a decision about any future or public recordings.
