Rules
1. All server rules apply. If broken, we can give you one weeks notice of eviction.
2. After 30 days of inactivity, your items are vaulted and your plot goes back up for sale. Come online frequently to ensure you don't lose your plot.
3. Go to /alpha for resources, do not go right outside town because we will expand.
4. Large plots are for active players, given at our discretion.
5. Replant farms! Not doing so is considered griefing.
6. Do not build outside town.
Building Regulations
1. No obscene builds, this includes boxes.
2. Do not build past Y110 without town staff permission.
3. No more than 2 beacons per plot unless you have permission.
4. Basements are allowed!
5. No permanent mob spawners on plots, they lag. They may be placed temporarily.
6. Please leave the stone slabs on your plot.
