I need some help with Accounts and transfers.

Heyo! I'm Axtrolon and I used to play as SM way back from November 2020 till about feb 2021, Then I had took a bit of a break off sentinel. In the period of time, I got myself a premium minecraft account.

And now, when I play on my premium (roffi) account, i basically lost my rank and all my progress.
I'm kind of confused on the account transfer process, on which will require me to pay and which is free.
I'd love if a Staff member or any general person can help me with this. Thanks and regards!

Before changing your name you should post on the forums about your intentions so we could advice you on how it would work.

Looking at the link you provided your old name was premium also. So a premium to premium transfer is $10 and ideally we would have discussed this with you before you changed your name.

Well, I hadn't really transfered my cracked account to premium when I changed it in the first place if that makes any difference.

Otherwise, you can ban my premium account and unban my cracked Axtrolon account, if that's possible.
