The sign is messed up... It's a BUY sign = you're buying. It's only supposed to have money in it..

If on the first line you wrote

1 1:[how many you're putting in] you can refill it then by right clicking it with the stuff you're selling I think, I'd check but I can't get on the server ATM.

This is how a sign selling cocoa beans should be for $1 each

Then once you have made the sign just right click it with cocoa beans to refill it
