first he jails me for failing to understand that the /rules 6 states i can modify plots
You cannot modify any player's plot without giving a fair warning or after they are 30 days of inactivity. You griefed a player without reason. As you can see in the same page you state, it says:
- a. You must give fair warning before destroying something someone else built.
It is a mayor responsibility to give this warning if you are going to tear down someone's house and
AFTER that warning and have the player to agree, you can take it down. Since you haven't warned him, your actions will be considered griefing. Therefore, you have no reason to say that Elle is unfairly punishing you.
You are complaining against a person (Elle) that is comprehensive and just. It saddens me how people cannot read the rules carefully without doing something that causes doubt,
/rules are always available for members so not knowing them is no excuse.Since you did not understand that the fact that got you jailed was against the rules and you persisted with it, you were banned for not cooperating with our staff member.
If you answer here saying that you will not repeat this same issue and apologize to Elle, we might consider having you back online with us and join your brother in your town!
