- Why do you think should you be promoted and how will you be helpful?
I feel I should be promoted back up to Moderator as I have taken care of the few things that caused me to step down previously. I think that I will be able to help more players (new & old) with advice and answer there questions in a appropriate manner and with a correct answer. I also think that being moderator will help me be able to help players with things not possible without the rank

- Do you feel like you can be neutral and be loyal to the server rules above all else?
Yes I do. I will not let my personal opinion of someone whether it be good or bad get in the way of my decisions and any rule breaking behaviours I may stumble across

- Additional Information: I have changed my out look on a few things and am trying to be more dedicated and organized which hopefully means I will be more focused and more successful on different jobs asked of me.

Denied

You were accepted as a moderator on June 20th the first time around. You subsequently quit on July 26th Barely a month after you applied. That violates this rule here:

- If you accept the rank of moderator and turn around and step down within 3 months you may be considered abdicating your duties and may be punished.

I held off punishment because I thought you might seriously have issues that you needed to attend to. This reapplication makes me think that you did not.
Secondly whenever I provided a task for someone to accomplish you never stood up and took the initiative to try and help out. The task I did assign to you, you stalled for weeks and then finally just gave up.

I see no reason to promote you back when there are many other possible candidates who are deserving and would not waste the opportunity you squandered.
